TAPs for Granville Teachers! Background Information Thi year, Granville begins its third year of NYSSTL, an acronym for New York State Student Technology Leaders. The NYSSTL club currently has two - ninth grade, four- eighth grade and thirty - seventh grade students who have been trained to assist peers and younger students with technology projects. At this time, about one fourth of the members have been trained to assist teachers with technology projects. Later this year, we hope to have more STLs (Student Technology Leaders) trained to assist teachers with technology projects. The NYYSTL Program is based on the GenYES Technology Integration & Student Empowerment model. To learn more about NYSSTL or GenYES, please click the links at the bottom of this page. TAPs TAP stands for Technology Assistance Project. Granville teachers can request a TAP if they need help with a project that involves technology. The request is sent to the NYSSTL Advisor who assigns the TAP to an STL. When the STL receives the TAP they will want to meet with you to find out how they can help. The NYSSTL Club Advisor is Leanne Grandjean. If you have any questions, you can contact her via e-mail. There is a contact form on the navigation bar.
