Thanks to the incredible support of the Granville CSD community, our call for new bus drivers has been answered — and for the first time in years, we’re thrilled to welcome seven new staff members to the transportation department, all of whom are Granville School District residents.
This also means that beginning next week, we will no longer need a late bus schedule!
Here is a picture of our new staff:

Alicia recently passed her road test — congratulations! — and has officially taken over our Fox bus route.
Four members of our new team are currently in training to earn their full bus licenses and will soon be ready to drive additional routes.
In the meantime, they’ll be covering smaller, out-of-district routes using our SUV fleet. This support allows our regular drivers to focus on primary bus routes, helping us streamline transportation across the district.
Here’s a look at the newest addition to our fleet — an eight-seater SUV. We typically order base models, but when our usual option didn’t meet our seating needs this year, the dealership generously upgraded us at no extra cost.
Meet Lisa G., another new face in our driving team. Lisa recently moved to the area, comes fully licensed, and is already behind the wheel of our Horse route. Welcome to Granville, Lisa!
Granville CSD extends heartfelt thanks to our community members for stepping up and becoming part of our team. Your support keeps our schools — and our buses — running smoothly.
