Mary J Tanner School will be closed today due to a maintenance issue. Any children currently on the school bus enroute to school will be brought to Granville Elementary for reunification with parents. We anticipated the issue to be resolved and school to resume as normal on Monday.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding. Granville Elementary and the High School will be open.

We hope the first full week of school is going well for everyone. We wanted to remind everyone that bus changes have to be to the main office of your child's school by 11 a.m. daily. This gives enough time for all of the proper channels to be notified and prepared for dismissal.

We wanted to let you know that our busses are running a little late this afternoon. They are leaving Mary J Tanner and heading to their first stops. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate the first week of school.

All outside athletic practices and games prior to 6pm have been canceled due to the heat index this includes the Varsity Golf match and the Varsity Girls soccer game. Varsity football game at Rensselaer is still on. Varsity and JV Field hockey against Corinth at 6pm is still on. As for the following practices Varsity Boys Soccer will be at GES gym from 3:15-4:30, Modified football will be inside at the high school 2:30-4. Modified Soccer with coach Kilby meet in the Cafe at 3pm. Modified Golf will resume Monday at 3pm, meet in the cafe.
We are excited for the school year! See you tomorrow.

Modified Golf practice will start tomorrow 9/6 @ 3pm, meet at at the concession stand. Modified Volleyball practice starts Today 9/5 @ 3pm in the Jr. High Gym. All other Modified sports practices have already begun. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Good morning, this is a reminder that 7th and 8th grade boys or girls interested in playing soccer this fall, please meet Mrs Kilby Tomorrow September 6th at 3:00 pm in the cafeteria. She will meet with students briefly, then out out for practice. Please bring cleats, shin guards, and plenty of water!
